All Taconic trunks are tentatively scheduled to be picked up June 17-20 and delivered to 770 New Windsor Road, Hinsdale, MA 01235 by June 21st at the latest. We will be in touch in May with a more specific ETA for each family.

We offer white glove, door-to-door service in NY, NJ, CT, MA, MD, PA, and FL.

We will mail you one luggage tag for each trunk. Pricing for 1 OR 2 Trunks is the same.

Trunks 2 Bunks is not liable for normal wear and tear to luggage (seam splits, torn zippers, holes, etc.). We recommend bringing valuable and fragile items on the bus to camp instead of stuffing them into a trunk.

EXPEDITED RETURN SERVICE:

We are pleased to offer expedited return service in your area. There are limited spaces available for this $100/family service. Opting in guarantees your luggage to be to delivered to your home on August 12th or 13th.

UPS/FedEx Option

Taconic has asked for all luggage to arrive by June 20th and depart on August 12th.  

Please select how many trunks you will be shipping in total, for all campers.

UPS and FedEx weigh and measure all items. They will charge up to $75 extra per bag upon delivery EACH WAY. By indicating that bags are oversized ahead of time, the cost is $15/bag round-trip.
